Located in the fertile land of the Scrivia Valley, in the province of Alessandria, between Novi Ligure and Gavi, the ancient majestic Farm "La Bollina" was for many centuries the summer residence of the Marquess Figari from Genoa. The farm extend on 120 hectares area; for its special natural enviroment and the temperate climate, this land is particularly sultable for the vine cultivation and for the consequent production of the Gavi Wine. This suggestive landscape of vineyeard and woods surrounds three buldings: the Villa, a sumptuous art noveau Centre and the modern Hotel La Bollina with thirty-two double rooms. Moreover, in order to comlete this exlusive atmosphere, there is the pictoresques Chapel, which was once the private chapel for the religious celebrations of Marquess Figari's family and their paesants, a romantic little lake and a magnificent Golf Course with eighteen holes, whose Club is an extention of the Villa.
