Situated a few kilometers from the historical centre of Spoleto, in a splendid position that dominates the town, surrounded by eight hectares of natural meadows and woods, the Villa has been ably restored by Giovanna Milani and Luigi Capobianchi to be turned into a hotel that combines the unchanged original characteristics, with the conforts of homely hospitality and high quality.
Built in 1880, the villa was the country residence of the architect Giovanni Battista Milani, one of the most important exponents of Roman architecture of the first decades of the twentieth century , who enlarged and enriched it according to the classical-renaissance characteristics of the time, enriched it with his own refined taste and passion for ancient art.
